Playing is one of a child’s favorite things to, and boy do we have the best place for them to do it! Here at My Lil’ Town, we have the most unique kids’ play area in Granada Hills!... Read More
It’s no secret that it’s important for kids to get outside, enjoy the sunshine, and play with their friends. They need that Vitamin D! However, there are several benefits that come with indoor play as well! Here at... Read More
My daughter loves coming here. Its super clean with very friendly/helpful staff. Will highly recommend.
Thank you so much, Greg! You accommodated our family and we really appreciate you! AJ and Nala had a fantastic time. Juliet provided exceptional service and hospitality! This is our... read more new favorite place! (This is from the pregnant lady with 2 children. My husband took the children today.)
I'm happy I found this place. It keeps my 2yr old daughter busy for 2hrs straight. There are plenty of different themes, playground area, bikes, cars, etc for kids to... read more play with. This place is a great option if you are a work-from-home parent and you need to get out of the house for a few hours. They have free wifi and plenty of tables with power outlets. I'm able to bang out a few emails and work on business related stuff while not being bothered! The staff is friendly and they are constantly cleaning down the toys with anti-bacterial wipes.
Awesome place for little ones. Took my kids here, and they throughly enjoyed it. They have a dance party every hour.!!! Which the kids absolutely love. Its clean. And friendly... read more staff.
This is without a doubt the best indoor playground around. You can tell everything created here is with kids in mind. Greg is so professional and kind. I celebrated my... read more sons birthday here and they were extremely punctual (they were strict on the 2hr limit) but it's totally understandable and I loved that we were all able to have a good time and go back home without having to take anything with us other than presents.
Their 2019 Christmas holiday party was amazing, off the charts, my kids wrote letters to Santa and they both got construction trucks they wanted Who does that? This business loves to give back to their community not only were kids picked for gifts like my were but they gave their leftover pizza to homeless.
I highly recommend you checking out this venue or the new ones coming to Burbank and Pasadena. I know I'll be taking my kids to their future holiday parties because all my friends that saw my posting in IG were asking about it.
I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review BUT the following two issues are why I deducted a star:
1) their staff are not the friendliest. If you have... read more a question or make a request, you feel like your bothering them (even though they're not helping anyone). One of my harmless and simple requests was if they could play the baby shark song one more time since my son missed the bubbles that accompany the song. I was told no, they only play it one time per [2-hour] session....okay...I wasn't asking them to do any them to do anything that was difficult. At our old (and sadly closed due to COVID) indoor playground that we LOVED, their staff were extremely accommodating and wouldn't have minded playing the baby shark song twice within 2 hours and to turn the bubbles back on, but whatever.
2) they raised their prices too much. I saw from pre-pandemic reviews that they charged $14-$15 per child, which was about normal for all-day open play at indoor playgrounds. Now, each child ticket is $25 and it's limited to only 2-hours of open play.
Other than those two issues, I liked the place. It seemed clean and there was a lot available for my 2-year old to play with.
Love love this place!
My baby is 11 months and she enjoyed it so much went up the play area, in the ball pit and down the slides!
My lil... read more town is super clean and workers are super friendly! They were having movie night today which was a plus my nephew loved the movie they were playing !
Had different sections firehouse, salon, police station , grocery store , school which are very fun and educational!
Also they sell water , coffee ,& juices ! Which is great !
Thank you my lil town can't wait till next time
Awesome time today with the kids today especially if Marquis and Irma are working!!! They are the most helpful employees here! They are patient, kind and attentive to both the... read more kids and the parents! It really helps especially during COVID that they monitor how many kids can only come at a certain time. We've been coming here for quite some time now but haven't been here since covid but I'm so glad we came back!!!
Thank you Marquis and Irma for making our day even better! 🙂
Horrible management. Discriminates against children with disabilities. My son who has autism Cant wear socks and wasn't allowed to play. Lawsuit pending....
What's very surprising to me is that this place charges you for food that is brought from the outside when they don't serve food themselves. That reason alone is significant... read more enough for me not wanting to return. I have 3 kids and like to pack their lunch when I go places, otherwise they end up eating junk and it's gets very pricey.
Ugh, so so disappointed. I've brought my two daughters here for months, at least twice a week and absolutely loved this place. It was one of the only places that... read more really occupied our almost 3 year old for a solid few hours and had her running around, climbing, dressing up. It was our go to!
Then they set up all of these video games and arcades all over the play area Now instead of running around and being creative, playing with other kids our 3 year old is attracted and consumed by these arcade games. I understand the bringing in additional revenue for the establishment and it is a business, I get it but I'm really bummed they had to put them in the middle of all our kids favorite little areas. It would've been nice if they separated off a space for older kids to put the arcades and didn't place them right in the middle of all the play areas. Just disappointed
OK, if I could give the 0 I would
No people skills
Horrible customer service
The owner's just ignorant and horrible in English like a 2nd grader I'm surprised of... read more the multiple locations
Pricing very high
No understanding or education towards special needs children
I would never book a private party and give them my money I'd rather do Chuck E. Cheese
I brought my 2.5 year old son here last week and he absolutely loved it. Not only did he love the play areas (and themed rooms) but he loved the... read more periodic "dance parties" with bubbles. I would definitely come back as well as recommend this place to my friends and family. The only downside was the parking lot in the back- I had to walk through the alley with my son while there was a sketchy homeless man pacing back and forth.
I want to start by saying that my kids love this place and my rating/review is solely based on their reopening and lacking COVID precautions.
After a year of being closed... read more my kids and I were so excited that this play place was reopening. I understood that there would be a price increase and assumed that would go toward extra cleaning measures. That's not the case. When we walked in for our pre-registered time slot the previous group was leaving. I should have turned around right then because it was clear that there was no cleaning between sessions of children.
Both of my kids have been sick since playing there. Coughing, runny nose, congestion.
I reached out by text (as the recording directs you to do...) and was met with a response that surprised me: "Sorry if it doesn't meet your standards, but that's the best we can do." I texted explaining that my kids were sick and that I'd like for someone to please call me. No one has called me. I'm not even sure who responded to my text - an employee, manager, owner? Regardless, I have not been called and that's disappointing.
During COVID times I know our kids are cooped up and we want to go back out and play assuming businesses are taking extra precautions. This place is clean (I'm not saying they are not clean) but they are not taking extra time for cleaning between play time-slots.
This place has gone down big time! Let's start with the price hike from $15 to $25 for 2 hours with toys that are all missing pieces and nothing I... read more mean NOTHING has batteries. The car table top has maybe 2 cars on it. The school cube has puzzles all missing pieces. The green mats that cover the floor are all wilted and lifting which had my son tripping over and I saw a few kids trip over them too. They added about 12 machine games to win tickets yet only 4 actually work or are turned on. I saw two kids sitting inside one of the machines and their parents taking pictures of them like If it's funny. The parking in the back lot feels scary to walk thru the alley way with so much trash all around the exterior. The place no longer feels clean as you can see the filth with the quality of the toys and a big huge slide that isn't even slippery anymore. Owner needs to come in and do some cleaning and updating please!
Well, where to start, My Lil Town has a super shady parking lot, the lady who runs it is always super rude, and they have increased their prices significantly post-COVID,... read more but my daughter loves My Lil Town so much that we have been going there consistently for the last several years. We were so happy to see that it reopened post-COVID that we even bought tickets a few times with their timed system with no problems. I purchased tickets for last Saturday through the app as always, we got there and a private party was setup, when I asked about what was going on, the owner asked me what day I bought tickets for, I said today and she told me, no that's wrong, then she took my phone to show me how to use the ticket booking system. I told her that I already knew how to use the system and she told me I was wrong. When I asked for a refund, she said they don't give refunds. She said I could come back another time during the week, when I said I have a job and can only come on the weekends, she said there's no available times. She seems to have some sort of bias against parents who work.
The worst part was I didn't actually even see any children playing at this private party, only a bunch of adults walking around drinking champagne. I'm pretty sure a children's play area doesn't have a liquor license. We went to Kid's Empire in Northridge instead, I would recommend going there instead. I'm surprised a woman who hates children and their parents so much is able to still operate an indoor playground for children.
This place was super fun, was so happy to take my daughter here. Unfortunately my daughter and both my husband and I got horribly sick afterwards. It's clear that they... read more do not keep the place clean and up to COVID standards.
